View moreView lessPrior to joining INTTRA, Mr. Bloom served as Senior Vice President at Stolt-Nielsen, a Norwalk CT based bulk transportation and logistics company and various consulting positions at Bain and Company. Mr. Bloom serves as an independent director for H.J. Baker and Bros, Inc., a private company in Westport, CT engaged in the distribution of bulk fertilizer, feed and sulphur, and Intermarine, LLC, a leading operator of heavy-lift, ocean-going vessels. Mr. Bloom has been recognized by many industry awards including the Leadership Roll of the Journal of Commerce, the Connie Award from The Containerization and Intermodal Institute and the New Jersey Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Mr. Bloom received his Master’s degree in Operations Research from Stanford University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from The University of Chicago.

Eileen Garry serves as Chief Marketing Officer responsible for corporate strategy, business development, marketing, product marketing, regional sales and global alliances. As part of the marketing operations, Ms. Garry drives the company's media and industry relations, advertising, interactive programs, communications as well as market and customer research.

Before joining INTTRA in January 2012, Ms. Garry served as Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President at Metastorm, a leading global provider of business process management software and solutions, where she helped grow the company from a start-up to an established firm with revenues of $75 million, now part of Open Text (NASDAQ: OTEX). Prior, Ms. Garry was CMO at Mercator Software, a NASDAQ-listed provider of enterprise application integration software and also served in various management positions for fifteen years at Hyperion Software, a global financial consolidation, reporting, analysis and performance management software provider, now part of Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL).Ms. Garry received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Hartwick College. -
Ivan Latanision
Senior Vice President, Product Management
Ivan Latanision is Senior Vice President of Product Management and leads INTTRA's global product management, software development, engineering and platform services organizations. These groups are responsible for INTTRA’s product vision, strategy and execution, from concept to launch.
View moreView lessPrior to joining INTTRA, Mr. Latanision served as Chief Technology Officer at SourceMedia, a division of Thomson Financial, where he was responsible for establishing and implementing SourceMedia's technology strategy and led the product development, corporate technology and operations functions. Mr. Latanision also served as Senior Director of Product Marketing at Reciprocal, a startup company that provided solutions for the secure distribution of digital content via the Internet, integrating e-commerce and content management with Digital Rights Management technologies and held a variety of management roles at Thomson Financial, Greater Media, and Gannett.
Mr. Latanision received his Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and his MBA from Rutgers University.

Valerie Rainey
Chief Financial Officer
Valerie Rainey serves as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial modeling and process improvements.
View moreView lessPrior to joining INTTRA, Ms. Rainey was Director of Finance for International Mail Services division at Pitney Bowes. Ms. Rainey led organizational changes, integrated acquisitions, streamlined processes, and instituted internal controls and SOX compliance testing. Ms. Rainey also served as Vice President of Finance & Operations division for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and held several different positions in Finance & Operations, Strategic Alliances and International Operations. Ms. Rainey led the relocation of the AICPA’s operations from New Jersey to North Carolina, a $35 million project which was brought in on time and under budget, resulting in an annual savings of $11 million. Ms. Rainey was in public practice with Ernst & Young and BDO Seidman.
Ms. Rainey is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelor of Science and her Masters in Business from Fordham University.

Jim Whalen
Senior Vice President, Service Delivery
Jim Whalen is Senior Vice President of Service Delivery and is responsible for leading INTTRA's global professional service, commercial operations, infrastructure, and customer service organizations. These teams are responsible for accelerating transaction and network growth as well as providing a "best in class" customer experience.
View moreView lessMr. Whalen brings over 25 years of experience managing complex product and delivery programs for the Telecommunications industry in both large and mid-size growth companies. Prior to joining INTTRA, Mr. Whalen spent 15 years in senior management positions at AT&T in Business Systems, Billing Operations, and International Strategy. In these positions, Jim led key initiatives to reengineer back office systems and processes to deliver new products and e-business solutions. Prior, Mr. Whalen held executive positions at growth companies including Vertek Corporation, Synchronoss Technologies and Avotus Corporation where he built and led professional and managed service teams to deliver business process outsourcing solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
Mr. Whalen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and his MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Eric G. Winston
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Eric G. Winston is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of INTTRA, Inc., a role he assumed in 2002. In that capacity, Mr. Winston oversees the Legal Department, the Human Resources Department and Compliance and serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Mr. Winston joined INTTRA in October 2001 as Director, Business Planning and Projects.
View moreView lessPrior to joining INTTRA, Mr. Winston was Director of Business Development for Newark-based Net2Phone, Inc., one of the world's leaders in delivering voice services over data networks. Before his work at Net2Phone, Mr. Winston was Director, Strategic Relations for Inlumen, Inc., a web-based application service provider and content aggregator for the financial services industry, in New York City. From 1994 through 1999 Mr. Winston was in private practice in New York City, where he specialized in complex civil litigation matters. From 1989 through 1994 Mr. Winston served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York.
Mr. Winston received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vassar College and his Juris Doctorate at the Emory University School of Law.
