Lisa Bell is Managing Director, Organization and People Development at INTTRA. She is responsible for ensuring the company hires, develops and retains the best and brightest employees in the industry globally. Lisa has managed INTTRA's transition from an entrepreneurial culture to a corporate structure.

Lisa joined INTTRA in April 2001 bringing with her deep HR expertise and broad business experience. From 1990 to 2001 Lisa was an Executive Director, Human Resources, at CIBC Oppenheimer where she worked with senior management, specializing in employee relations, strategic planning, internal partnerships/alliances, and leadership development. Before her work at CIBC Oppenheimer, Lisa was a Business Systems Analyst at Citibank and Bankers’ Trust. Previously, Lisa was a Corporate Trainer at Chase Manhattan Bank.

Lisa received a bachelor’s degree from Douglass College and a master’s degree from Boston College.
