UTi Worldwide is a broadly based, information-focused supply chain management business that provides freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, order management and other logistics-related services to a large and diverse base of customers around the globe. Our customers are multinational, regional and local businesses operating in every major trading region in the world.

UTi offers customers an array of proprietary UTi eMpower information systems that enable Internet access and web-based ordering, air and ocean freight tracking and tracing and customs clearance services, among many other supply chain services. These systems are used by our customers, our agents and our own offices around the world to plan and optimize supply chain solutions.

Formerly Union-Transport, the company now has over 250 company-owned offices and over 80 logistics centers in 49 countries, staffed by a team of more than 10,000 experienced and skilled people. The entire UTi global network, including exclusive agents operating as network partners, covers the globe with over 430 offices in more than 130 countries. UTi reported annual gross revenues of $1.2 billion in FY2003. The company operates seven principal support group offices in Dusseldorf, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, London, Sydney and in the United States in Los Angeles, California and Columbia, South Carolina. The global support staff headquarters is located in Rancho Dominguez, California.
