E-commerce Pioneer Establishes ODC to Cost-effectively Enhance Engineering Capacity

WAKEFIELD, Mass. February 3, 2010 - Dextrys, a premier US-based China outsourcing firm delivering product engineering and application services, announced today it has signed a long-term agreement with INTTRA to provide additional product development, testing and engineering services to the global e-commerce leader.

Two year's ago INTTRA established a global development and service center in Singapore which now provides an essential base for creating solutions and managing partnerships in the region. As INTTRA launches new initiatives, Dextrys will help INTTRA accelerate the delivery of high quality e-commerce solutions to the ocean freight industry while controlling development and QA costs. Working through the Agile methodology as an integrated part of INTTRA's existing engineering and quality assurance organizations, Dextrys will satisfy INTTRA's need for expanding product engineering capacity and further strengthen INTTRA's technology operations.

Dextrys will create an Offshore Development Center (ODC) in China to increase the scale and flexibility of INTTRA's internal engineering and QA teams in New Jersey and Singapore. As a global and fast-paced e-commerce organization, INTTRA needed a partner with equivalent nimbleness to respond quickly and adapt to changing product requirements and dynamic resource needs. Dextrys' depth of product engineering capabilities, experience and proven ability to launch and scale engineering teams rapidly makes the company a great partner for high quality software delivery.

"We chose Dextrys to expand our product development capabilities and to establish our technology presence in China, a key INTTRA market" said Ken Bloom, CEO of INTTRA. "Dextrys' global delivery experience, Chinese engineering talent and blended onshore/offshore engagement model differentiated Dextrys throughout our evaluation process."

"INTTRA is a leading provider of e-commerce solutions to the global ocean freight industry," said Brian Keane, CEO of Dextrys. "We are honored to partner with INTTRA."
