A Free Service for Carriers and NVOs
INTTRA-Tender is a free service for carriers and NVOs. All carriers and NVOs can respond to an INTTRA-Tender at no charge through the Online Tender Response Module (OTRM). For carriers and NVOs who wish to use an advanced Web interface for responding to Tenders, INTTRA offers an import/export feature called Advanced Tender Response Module (ATRM). The ATRM Package is also free during a trial period until November 1, 2003.

*The fee covers all transactions for all carrier users, worldwide, for the specific tender and all amendments to that tender. If a shipper subdivides a tender into sections with the same deadline, all sub tenders are available at no extra charge. The carrier will explicitly qualify each tender to be open for ATRM or not. For non-INTTRA carriers and NVOs, fees paid for ATRM may be credited toward INTTRA membership with certain restrictions.
