Universal Carrier Access, or UCA, is a new INTTRA service that allows shippers and forwarders to create and send shipping instructions to all carriers. With UCA, INTTRA provides a single transparent interface for both member and non-member carriers and NVOs. Universal Carrier Access eliminates the need for multiple systems and processes while ensuring that all carriers receive standardized shipment details through INTTRA.
