Jeffery E. Ganek

Mr. Ganek serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neulevel Inc.
Mr. Ganek serves on the boards of comScore (NASDAQ: SCOR), the leading provider of audience measurement for digital media, and of INTTRA.  He is a member of the Advisory Boards of the Heinz School at Carnegie Mellon University and the Kogod School of Business at American University.

Mr. Ganek was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Neustar from 1995 through 2010.  Neustar (NYSE: NSR) manages all telephone numbers and the hub directory that is essential to the routing and delivery of all calls in North America.  Additionally, Neustar is the provider of directory services key to more than 20% of the traffic on the internet.  As Senior Vice President of Communications Industry Services at Lockheed Martin, he founded Neustar as an independent unit and led its spin-out as a private company in 1999.  From 1991 – 1995, Mr. Ganek was Senior Vice President – Operations at Global TeleSystems Group, a developer and operator of telecommunications service companies in China, India and Eastern Europe.  He led marketing and corporate development initiatives at MCI from 1985 – 1991.  Previously, he had finance and marketing responsibilities at AT&T.
Mr. Ganek earned an M.S. Public Policy and Management and a B.S. Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.

John Fay

Chief Executive Officer, INTTRA

John F. Fay is Chief Executive Officer of INTTRA. He is responsible for leading the company’s global business strategy and execution.

He also served as CEO of Newedge USA and Head of the Americas Region and as a board member of a joint venture between Newedge and CITIC Industries in Shanghai, China. He was Co-CEO of Intinet LLC, a leading global electronic institutional agency broker, where he had previously held the role of Co-President, Head of Europe and Asia. There, he played an instrumental role in the launch of Chi-X Europe, the first pan-European exchange under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). At Instinet, John also served as Global CFO and Head of Strategy, after Instinet’s acquisition of Island ECN. John’s previous experience includes management roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley-Dean Witter.

John has extensive experience in transforming and growing global technology and information services businesses. Prior to INTTRA, he was the Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Commodities and Currencies for Newedge Group, a world leader in multi-asset brokerage and clearing services, where he also served as a member of its Executive Committee.

John has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from New York University, Stern School of Business and is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s College in Maryland.

Bobby Goswami

Mr. Goswami is a General Partner at ABS Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience include software and technology services companies.

Prior to joining ABS Capital in 2001, Mr. Goswami worked in Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown’s Technology Investment Banking Group, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. In all, he has nearly ten years of investment banking experience with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs in equity and fixed income financing, as well as M&A. Mr. Goswami’s years in banking gave him a wide-ranging skill set allowing him to rapidly assess companies — both in understanding their business models and their competitive advantages. He frequently worked with boards and CEOs at premier technology growth companies and has a large network of these executives as a result — which he frequently calls upon when working with his portfolio companies. Before entering investment banking, Mr. Goswami spent four years in the systems practice at Andersen Consulting where he gained a deep understanding of technology and development issues.

Mr. Goswami is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. 

Gene Lockhart

Gene Lockhart joined General Atlantic in 2013. An executive and investor with significant experience across a wide range of businesses within the financial services industry, Mr. Lockhart works closely with GA’s Financial Services sector to identify new investment opportunities and provide strategic support for its portfolio companies.
Mr. Lockhart has held executive leadership positions at some of the largest financial services companies in the world. He served as President and CEO of MasterCard Worldwide, where he led its transition to a for-profit enterprise. Subsequently, he worked as President of the Global Retail Bank at Bank of America, leading all of the Bank’s retail and commercial banking businesses globally until its sale to NationsBank.

Prior to those experiences, Mr. Lockhart was the CEO of Midland Bank UK and Chairman of First Direct and Thomas Cook, leading Midland’s transition to a highly profitable domestic banking business and its eventual sale to HSBC. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Lockhart has also been a successful private investor and advisor to several private equity firms, focusing on high-growth financial services technology companies, traditional banks, and non-bank financial providers. Mr. Lockhart’s private investments have included Metro Bank, Netspend, Argus Information, Accurate Data, Progressive Financial, and Lending Tree. He is also Chairman of MissionOG, an early-stage investment fund focusing on fintech, marketing and communications services.

Mr. Lockhart has served on many public company boards including First Republic Bank, RJR/Nabisco, Huron Consulting, Cognizant, IMS Health and RadioShack. An early innovator and leader in the global payments industry, Mr. Lockhart has also served on the boards of many payments enterprises including APACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, and Europay, and he has participated on several commissions in the US and Europe focusing on payments infrastructure and security.

Mr. Lockhart received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UVA and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at UVA. Gene has extensive experience in higher education foundations including University of Virginia Board of Managers, Chairman of the Darden School Foundation, Chairman of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation (Monticello), Chairman of Manhattanville College Trustees and Council Member of the State Board of Higher Educations in Virginia. He is also a Trustee of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts; and a former Trustee of the Royal Academy of Arts in London.

Louisa Loran

Ms. Loran is the Global head of Business Development and Marketing Vice President at Mærsk Line A/S in Copenhagen.

Ms. Loran’s career at Mærsk spans several positions including Senior Director – Global Head of Brands and Customer Insights and Global Marketing Director.

Ms. Loran also serves on the board of World Liner Data Limited (WLDL); a Maritime company located in Surrey, United Kingdom.

Ms. Loran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Intercultural Communication and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School and is fluent in English and French.

Don Hebb

Don is the Chairman and Founding Partner of ABS Capital Partners. His investment interests and experience span the business services, health care, media and communications and technology sectors.

Don currently represents ABS Capital on the boards of FolioDynamix, Inc., INTTRA, Inc., ISO Group, Inc., Modular Space Corporation (observer) and Tarpon Towers, LLC.
Prior to founding ABS Capital in 1990, Don spent more than 20 years with Alex Brown & Sons Incorporated, where he was President and CEO from 1986 to 1991. In 1986, he took Alex Brown public. He was the principal architect of Alex Brown’s innovative industry-specific investment banking units, launching the firm’s health care, technology, and media and communications investing groups. 

Don also led its Investment Banking Division before becoming CEO. These focused industry groups became the firm’s hallmark and brought it to a position of national prominence among Wall Street investment banks. The firm brought hundreds of growth companies to the public markets under his leadership and he developed a keen sense of the capabilities required of high quality management teams, as well as an understanding of how institutional investors and strategic buyers value these companies through varying market cycles. While running Alex. Brown, a growth company itself, Don encountered many of the management issues that his portfolio company CEOs often face.

Dean Goodermote

Dean Goodermote has spent most of the last 25 years leading early stage software companies through product development cycles, distribution expansion, brand creation and shareholder exit. He has led two companies through the Initial Public Offering process and four others to successful mergers. 
Currently, he is working with the start-up “”Vinyl Dreams,”” a virtual music studio. Prior to that he was Chairman and CEO of Asset Control, a financial data software company and prior to that he was the Chairman, and CEO of Double-Take Software, an infrastructure software company.
Dean also spent 3 years as the venture/private equity business and has held numerous board positions, both public and private. He has participated actively in many nonprofit ventures and currently is on the Health Advisory Board of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and chairs the Advisory Board for its Center on Refugees and Disaster Response. He is on the board of Trustees of the Berklee College of Music and the New England Aquarium. He teaches and holds an Honorary Professorship of Entrepreneurship at HHL (Leipzig, Germany) Graduate School of Management and is a U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association official and active in freestyle/freeride skiing. He also is a part time musician, currently playing with the jazz/rock band, House Red.

Hans Schäfer

Mr. Schäfer is Managing Director Global Markets/Global Sales at Hapag-Lloyd. Mr. Schäfer first joined Hapag-Lloyd in 1994. After completing his degree in 2000, Mr. Schäfer was employed by PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant until his return to Hapag-Lloyd in 2003 to work in Global Account Development. From 2005 until 2008, Mr. Schäfer served as Director of Sales in Vietnam, and then in Trade Management Far East in Singapore until 2010. Beginning in 2010, Mr. Schäfer was responsible for Region Europe as Senior Director Sales and Customer Service until being appointed to his present position in 2014.

Hans received his business degree in 2000 from University of Luneburg.
