INTTRA is enhancing its booking platform by transforming it to a cloud-based application, enabling new capabilities that will make booking faster and easier.

When will this happen?

Your account will be migrated sometime between now and the end of the year as we manage a phased roll out of the new platform in waves beginning October 3rd.

What enhancements should I expect? 

Over time quite a bit as the new cloud-based application means INTTRA can roll out more robust capabilities to assist you. Initial enhancements will include:

  • Upgraded Search Capabilities – We’ll provide Google-like online booking search capabilities.
  • Improved Carrier Schedules – We’ll integrate available carrier schedules right into the booking request form with one-click auto population of the schedule data.

 

What do I need to do?

You will be asked to create a new user ID (based on your email address) and to reset your password on the day your account migrates. You will be prompted to complete a one-time account security update when you login to the new system.

When will I transition to the new platform?

We will send a reminder email with additional information prior to your migration.
