e-puertobilbao is an electronic commerce platform whose aim is to maximize communications and facilitate interaction among the different companies in the Bilbao maritime-port community. Its fundamental goal is to optimize the activity chain processes in port logistic in order to achieve greater speed and efficiency in the passage of vessels and goods through the Port. The project is headed by Port Authority but its development guidelines are marked by the Port Community companies. The services offered are focused in supporting vessel arrival/departure operations, land transport operations (road and rail), import/export cycles and dangerous goods management.
